1) looks like a beech
4) could be a poplar |

1 is a Hornbeam I think, and 1 and 3 look the same to me 
(Beech leaves have a smooth (not toothed) margin I think).

I think Hedge Witch is correct with Hornbeam for 3, and 1 certainly looks similar, but possibly younger/fresher leaves. (If 1 were Beech, I would expect no teeth, and downy hairs should be visible on the newly opening leaves).
2 - Looks like a Sorbus (but several to choose from).
4 - Looks like Small Leaved Lime.

1 & 2 are, I believe, Grey Alder (Alnus incana); 3's definitely Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) & I'd agree with Small-leaved Lime for no. 4 | | |
