No.1 - I'm struggling without a close-up or leaf information. (Best I can do is probably Hawkweed / Hawk's-beard).
No.2 - Looks like Prickly Sow Thistle, but it's very early to be in full bloom if the photo has just been taken. (Usual Jun-Aug).
