Also called beggar lice, clithe, cliver, cliders, goose-grass, goosebill, hariff, gripgrass and catchweed.
I suppose it just goes to show how troublesome common names are sometimes...

| | | Re: Is this Common Cleavers? No - I wasn't thinking the two were seperate, more that there are so many common names for it. Then they further complicate it by adding unnecerssary variants! SB would do for me, if I didn't just call it cleavers or the Latin, Galium aparine.
So where does the Willie/Billy thing come into it then?
