| | NVC Work? Hello fellow wildlife enthusiasts!
I was wondering if any one here had any comments/tips on how to find commercial National Vegetation Classification work?
I'm an intermediate level botanist trying to tough out the recession!
Kind regards

| | | Re: NVC Work? Hi
Thanks for the help. What I was after was any organisation actually whiling to pay consultancies for NVC work. In other words anywhere where NVC-type work gets advertised for consultancies to have a got at tendering.
It doesn't appear to be all that easy. Only the Countryside Council of Wales seems to demand that NVCs are carried out on a regular basis at land to be developed.
Anyone got any comments? In fact, I've got another discussion topic:
When and why should National Vegetation Classification be used?
Hopefully that's more interesting than my previous effort.
Kind regards
