RFI from London members...

Those members based in London (or, for that matter, anyone else who may have been there...) - can someone tell me where Highgrove Wood is, please?

It's featured in a write-up of spring meet on the Wild Flower Society website (here) but I haven't been able to pinpoint the location - hopefully, someone can help out with some directions?

I think this is a job for Tiggrx. he's right in London I think

I would try Google Maps, it's bound to be on there and you can even print out directions

I guess there are a lot of similar places in London (the old cemeteries, for one, sound absolutely fascinating) but the WFS write-up intrigued me, especially since I'll be heading through the capital next week en route to Warley Place & Virginia Water. Hopefully I'll be able to make time to have a look in here

I visited Warley Place two weeks ago - well worth a visit. Species I saw were:

I intend to visit in another fortnight to catch some of the slightly later species. Hope you have a good visit.
