Ummm... henbit if so? It has very fine hairs... maybe

...but at a push, a species of Pea?

Habitat: Sunnier side of a shaded, damp garden corner

I agree with 1. being a forget-but-not, but I think 2. is Wood Avens (Geum urbanum)

agreed with wood avens. ground ivy leaves are quite broader and less hairy. and they look like ivy

I don't think its cleavers. Cleavers is a bedstraw which has really sticky/ hairy leaves.

I actually think its ivy leaved speedwell, just a young one that hasn't developed the ivy shaped leaves or flowers yet.
