| | | Re: Plant ID So it is Leif, I don't often see Self-Heal once it's expanded and lost a little colour. I am used to seeing it sitting low on the floor with that incredible purple structure showing as a tight little 'cigar'. |

I think you have two flowers there....
The main one looks like basil thyme to me, Clinopodium acinos
The one which looks like it is part of the main one but you can see is different looks like a sand catchfly, Silene conica  (it is also to the right of the main spike)
Nice finds!!  and I'll be interested to see what others think
