I have found this plant on an elevation that used to have rhododendron on it until it was cut down this summer. this plant is now growing there. any ideas what it is?  |

Not quite sharp, but from what I can see it looks rather like an Aquilegia vulgaris, probably garden escape. |

thats the one! I knew the leaves were familiar. I was thinking moschatel at first but the habitat is all wrong. thanks aeshna! its a place to keep an eye on!   |

They are very nice they grow like weeds in my garden . Mine are the pink/lilac ones but they come in other colours. They come every year. |
