a tough call mate!! where did you find it? I think balm-leaved is only found in cornwall but occasionally on the west coast.....i would lean in favour of balm-leaved though

Sorry, but its Common Figwort - if you look closer at the photo in the link you'll see the flowers have noticeable bracts at their bases, which yours doesn't........ |
