I was rather surprised to come across some sort of Vetch that was still in flower yesterday. I saw it in a couple of places locally. |

About all I'm seeing on the New Forest at the moment is Creeping Buttercup. |

Saw some Red Campion in full pristine flower condition today.
Also some Common Ragwort that was still flowering but past its best.
Still an odd few late bramble flowers and one or two Herb Robert hanging in there as well.

I saw a tomato plant in flower yesterday.. it was growing as a weed. I shalll see about getting a photo tomorrow. |

well this ones still going, even in frosts - trouble is its confused me - thought it might be soapwort, then realised petals and stamens wrong, so now i'm considering stock as a garden escape, mathiola spp. 
Leaves were very soapwort shaped though.
any ideas out there?
