| | | Violet Helleborine Hello,i've been searching for the last three days,in three different woods,in three seperate counties & i hadn't found a single plant.
Until today
I'm well happy,i found only two plants. One that was in flower & another close by just packed with buds.I'm going to go back & try to get some more in better light.I had to use flash on all my photos today. But they turned out looking pretty good.

| Cheers Hornbeam,i'd never seen one before.I went to another site for Violet Helleborines yesterday & the plants i found there looked slightly different to these flowers. So i've emailed some orchid experts & hopefully they'll let me know if these are Violet Helleborines or Narrow Lipped Helleborines(which i think they might be).
If it turns out these aren't Violet then i'll edit my thread & post the Violets in a different thread.
Cheers

| Yo Kev,i was well happy to find these, especially after three days of searching.
I really hope that they're Narrow Lipped Helleborines coz i haven't found those yet & i've now got some better photos of the Violet Helleborines that i found at another site.
I'll post my better photos once i know for sure what these are.
Cheers
