Flower red clumps, remainder is left there. Otherwise just plain but the birds only bother with this one out of all the others which are all ornamental rubbish that's comming out in this inherited garden.
reason i ask is it's supposed to be comming out to make way for the bog garden. |

it looks like Leycesteria formosa (Himalayan Honeysuckle)

All the best | Agree it's a form of Spiraea japonica. Flowers are nothing like Leycesteria. |
