Looks like Black Medick to me. I can just make out the little 'spike' at the apex of the leaf, which I think is absent in the similar trefoils. |

Yes, I'd agree; Black Medick
Mind you, a few months back I had to work bloody hard at distinguishing Black Medick from Lesser Trefoil - I'm not sure why, they're similar but not that similar, but it was as if I had a total brain-freeze every time I took a picture of one of them  |

black medick definately - also, the flower is generally slightly smaller than lesser trefoil
