Hi All
Has anyone else noticed that sloe berrys are in short supply this year?
Also there are lots of wonderful berrys out there, has anyone got a good web site with pictures on so I can see what the berrys are and if i can scoff them?

Thanks Darley,
Just realised there are a few threads about the lack of sloes, sorry to repeat, it is very annoying though.
Do you think the price of sloe gin will rise at high as petrol this Christmas !!!

Not only Sloes but most berries seem to be spares this year I normally collect a variety to make a hedgerow wine but no hawthorn or rowan this year I wonder how the birds are going to survive the winter  |
