Many of these found sticking out of a wall.

Acres of this on a wet wall near a waterfall.

1 Maidenhair Spleenwort, Asplenium trichomanes
2 Looks like Opposite-leaved Golden Saxifrage, Chrysoplenium oppositifolium
3 Not a grass, but Great Wood-rush, Luzula sylvatica

1 is maidenhair spleenwort and 2 is opposite-leaved golden saxifrage. Not sure about 3 though...

As Aeshna said Luzula sylvatica for no. 3, long silky hairs on the leaves are characteristic of Luzula species - you can see them along the margins of the leaves.
