| | | recipes Does anyone know of any books which give good recipes of what to do with wild fruits and berries? Alcoholic drinks, pies, jams etc. Or any recipes anyone knows and willing to share on here? My dad made sloe gin last year and loved it (still has some left) and is interested in what else he can do.
Thanks |

| | | Re: recipes There was a book called "Food for Free" by Richard Mabey published back in the '70s. It was excellent on all counts and if you check through Google I think you will find that it is still available in a revised version. It may still be available through an ordinary book shop too. |

| | | Re: recipes Have you tried looking at
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's books "A Cook On The Wild Side". He did a whole series on wild free food. |
