Thistle I think.. can someone ID please


The bee and fly have been identified as
Bee: male Lasioglossum calceatum
Fly: Tachinid, Siphona sp., almost certainly Siphona geniculata
thanks to contributors on the insect forum.

Can anyone please let me know what the flower is.. I would be most grategul
