I think the leaves are too sharp for charlock - I would go with white mustard

not sure about the rush

I don't think its a broad leaved helleborine - what habitat was it in?

that's definately a helleborine you've got there - probably is broad-leaved - could be green-flowered, though it is unlikely.

It was in deciduous woodland (possibly under beech but I can't quite remember) on clay/chalk soil
