| | | Re: flower id It’s certainly a water-crowfoot. I couldn’t say which one, though – they’re a bit of a pig to identify.
The leaves you show look like one of the watercress species. Most likely Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum (the commonest one), though there’s also Rorippa microphylla (Narrow-fruited Water-cress) and a hybrid of the two. |

Try comparing with this picture that shows Spirodela polyrhiza (biggest), Lemna minor (medium) & Wolffia arrhiza (smallest).
As to the Water-crowfoot - you are very unlikely to be able to get it identified from a photo - there are several very similar species and they differ in rather minor characters. The shape of the nectary is often important.
