I found a spot with all three kinds of crocus today but the sun wasn't out andd we were driving past. I know what Ill be doing when we get some sun,
Anyway found another site for winter aconite today in the edges of an old churchyard next to a road. |

White Butterbur (Still in flower KT, but you'd better be quick if you want to see it, most of the flowers are now beyond their prime. This was about the best of what is left).

1) Dog's tooth violet 
2) None such daffodil 
3) wild daffodil cultivar
also found some early dog violet but not worth a photo yet

| | | Re: Flower of the day My flower of the day has to be my fav the snowdrop. They are very late this year but more than welcome. Strangely there is two small lone purple iris growing with them. Where could they have come from? Still, they make a fine contrast with the white 'drops. |
