New flower for me today. Pick-a back-plant Tellima menziesii
Much more colourfull than Fringe Cup T. Grandiflora. Found on river bank a long way from any houses.

Confirmed it IS yellow pimpernel which I've never noticed before and slender speedwell which again has always been there but I've never troubled to look at it properly and identify it.
Also some genuinely wild red currant bushes (rather sorry things, deep in the woods away from habitation).
A bi-coloured dog violet (mauve with white streaks)
Otherwise "common but nice" stuff:tufted vetch, pignut, yellow archangel, comfrey, wood forgetmenot, field forgetmenot, creeping jenny, wild strawberry, wood dock, common sorrel, red campion, ragged robin.
Lovely to enjoy flowers wherever you look.
