This bush of white flowers was in the garden when we moved in - unfortunately the photo is not very clear, but the flowers were quite distinctive. 
This is the bush now: 
And there are now these little plants coming up all over the garden - I think they could be from the seed... 
Any ideas what it is? |

I think you second one is probably ivy-leaved toadflax.
