| | | Small cluster of pink flowers I saw this out walking and also can't find it in my book. It seems very similar to a much smaller plant/weed in my garden, but I don't have a picture of the small version.
Any ideas? |

| | | Re: Small cluster of pink flowers It is Redshank (Persicaria maculosa). It can be quite variable so the smaller plant in your garden could be the same species. |

| | | Re: Small cluster of pink flowers Looking at other pictures on the internet, it does seem to be Redshank.
But Rumex is another plant that I have been wondering about. I didn't have any pictures, but what I've seen does match some of the Rumex pictures I've found on the internet. So two questions answers with one picture.
Thanks |

| | | Re: Small cluster of pink flowers I think it's Redshank too, though the black spots on the leaves aren't very apparent in this example. I've seen it a few times recently. |
