I have only seen this plant once before, can anyone ID it, I think it is meadow Rue.  |

Looks like Wild Clematis, Clematis vitalba to me. |

I think I am going to have to go back to the site that I KNOW is meadow Rue and the one I saw yesterday. The flower is so similar, the leaves all look quite the same and the 2 plants are in the same family, the buttercup.
I think you lot are right. |
