The first one was taken on the dunes at Lytham. It was everywhere. Is it a garlic/leek or a rush? 
The second one is a yellow umbellifer in the planted wild flower meadow at my local park  |

Hi
The first is Crow Garlic (Allium vineale) I think.
The second is not an umbellifer but a culitvated Achillea species, I think A.filipendulina, there are at keast two well known cultivars it could be, Cloth of Gold and Gold Plate, majestic plants.

I've only seen it naturalised a couple of times in UK, but I've seen thousands of wild plants in eastern Kazakhstan where it is very common. | | |
