| | | re: Unidentified Plants To tell them apart the Black Medick has a sharp point at the tip of each leaflet (not easy to see with one of my pics) and the fruits dry differently, the Medicks flowers fall off to reveal black seed pods.

As you can see it is growing out of the water.
It is not far from here so could get another pic if needed and I forgot to-day to check the medick/trefoil |
