water mint or corn mint. Found in woodland by a puddle that is always there so the soil is likely to be quite wet.

| | | Re: flowers for id How about Common Spike-rush Eleocharis palustris for number 4? The one we get round here are only a few cm tall but it can grow to about 60cm tall.
