The first one is green alkanet (Pentaglottis sempervirens), but I agree with Jonny about 2 and 3.

Hello Andy i'm sorry i can't help with any ID's.
But i really liked photo no.1 & no.7.No.7 is my favourite,have you thought about cropping it slighty just to move the flowers from the centre of the frame? I think this would improve an already very good photo.
Hope you get some more answers.
