| | | Any Good Plants in Lancashire? It seems that all the good plants are in the east and south.
eg henbane, marsh mallow etc.
Does anyone know if there are any good plants in Lancashire?
apart from the ladies slipper and dune helleborine. |

Dune, marsh, Dark Red, Broad and green Helleborines
Fly, spotted, northern southern early bee pyramidal fragrant slipper orchids
Not bad really.
You also have the cumbrian and Pennie hills which have interesting plants which we certainly dont get down here. You close to North Wales which again has tons of interesting and rare plants. See Great Orme listing at: Great Orme Index ukwildflowers
Should keep you going!! |
