Hi, the first is Vervain, Verbena officinalis.
Second looks very like the Dittander, Lepidum latifolium I saw flowering yesterday. |

I like the Vervain , I am a fan of Verbenas so am pleased about that

I agree with Jenny's IDs. Dittander is quite a local plant; I've got some not too far away from me along the canal. |  | |
