I think these two are the same, they were certainly within feet of each other on very chalky soil. The flowers were no more than 1cm across.

That's certainly a new one for me. It was growing on a very steep slope, basically on the bare chalk where a well-used path had worn away any other vegetation. The books say it like bare places, so I guess that fits.
