| | | Help with IDs please from Friday walk On Friday, courtesy of my concessionary bus pass, I took a stroll around the Moor House area which is a Scout Centre next to the A690 between Carrville and West Rainton. The area includes a small nature reserve and 2 woods with pathways also leading to the River Wear. I took about 100 pictures and wonder if anyone could confirm or help with IDs please.
Feverfew?
This was in the woods in the shade. What is it please?
This was also in a similar location. As above please. |

| | | Re: Help with IDs please from Friday walk Thanks for the help, at least I managed to ID one correctly. I find the incidences of garden escapes puzzling and confusing when found well away from gardens. Presumably seeds can be spread by birds. |

| | | Re: Help with IDs please from Friday walk Thanks Tiggrx, my experience is that you're usually correct. I have a few images of the plant, would any particular detail help with a positive ID? |

| | | Re: Help with IDs please from Friday walk Thanks Jez. I'm happier that it's a wild flower. It's nice to find something that I haven't noticed before but it can be disappointing if it's an escape. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
