This looks more like Field Forget-me-not (Myosotis arvensis) to me. Changing F-m-n has very tiny flowers which start off pale yellow and turn blue

Agree

There are usually flowers straggling down the stem, the ones
nearer the tip still being yellowish. Its a bit like angelica mentioned
in another recent thread - once seen it is not muddles again
(unless like me the brain forgets . )
