I think this is Field Mouse-ear, but would like to have the ID confirmed, please. The flower was over 1cm across, and it was in rough grass beside a very chalky path so the habitat seems OK.
If it is Field Mouse-ear, I'll put a higher resolution photo in the Gallery as I couldn't see any photos of this plant in there.
