Can anyone tell me.....
...what this is please?



I dig quite a few up in my garden.


Also this pretty weed grows all along the bottom of my garden wall.

Hi Zoidberg...welcome to WAB! There's is a thread already in here about a near identical larva...

The consensus was it was either an Angle Shades or a Large Yellow Underwing...have a look at that picture and decided if you think it's the same thing...

As for the weed, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly to help!
