| | | Rainton Meadows - small white flower At the rear of the Visitor's Centre a limestone garden has been created. While it now appears overgrown I noticed this small flower thriving in the shade of a bush. The flowers are only around 0.5 cm across. What might it be please? |

| | | Re: Rainton Meadows - small white flower Thanks for replies. It's a new one to me. I thought it was attractive particularly the colour of the leaves but , of course, it wasn't growing in my garden. I note that it prefers calcium soils so would be at home on limestone. It also smells of vanilla if bruised but I'm not one for sniffing plants, particularly under bushes in a public place! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
