Where was it? The calyx looks a bit like Myosotis secunda - Creeping forget-me-not.

Oh and the flowers were more field forget-me-not size rather than creeping forget-me-not size... |

It looks the wrong shade of blue for Field Forget-me-not.
I would either Tufted F-m-n (M. laxa) if on limestone or Creeping Forget-me-not (M. secunda) if on acid soil |
