2 Yellow Flowers - Confirmation/ID please

These were taken on Sunday.
The first (Pics 1 & 2) I have no idea about. It was about 50 cm tall and the individual flowers about 0.5 cm across. (sorry I have inserted the same pic twice, I'll submit below) )
The second plant (pics 3 & 4) I think is Tormentil. If it is it seems a bit early. It was well hidden in taller grass and there seemed to be only a small group of flowers.

1st is probably Hedge Mustard (Sisymbrium officinale)
2nd you are right it is Tormentil

Thanks as always Tiggrx. I have some images of Tormentil from last year taken in mid July and early August. Those, apart from being later in the year, show plants in abundance and certainly not hidden. My reference book indicates flowering June-Sept and I assumed bit later up here in the chilly North East.
