Looks more like Southern marsh to me. Early marsh tends to have more lines than dots on the central lobe. Colour is that washed out pink of the southern too. It does appear to have the more upright petals though so I can see why you think early marsh.
When was the shot taken? If its in the last few days then it might be early marsh, if it is an old photo from a previous year then I go for Southern marsh |

I'd say Southern Marsh also. Although it is outside of the flowering period given in Harrap I saw some last year in Suffolk around 25th May that were looking very tired. |

 hmmm.....hybrid?
.......its got the flower shape of Early Marsh Orchid with the upright side sepals but the flower markings fit better for Southern Marsh........ | | | |
