i had thought that the first might be wild carrot but i had doubts as apparentyl wild carrot is a tall plant whilst this plant and the couple of others were just over a foot in hight.

easy to see how but anyway i was wrong those of you who said it was medow foxtail were right  So i will now go and burry my head in embarresment for being so |

Don't forget to go back and get a photo of the allium in flower so that you can get a proper ID for it.
