Unknown Red Things on Bramble
A bramble has taken up residence in our garden which needed cutting but I spotted some red things on a leaf and decided not to cut it back until I was certain that the red things were not insect eggs or something similar. Does anyone know what they are please?

They are galls caused by a mite - probably Aceria silvicola.
