| | | Edible Rhubarb?? Hi can anybody identify this type of rhubarb, and is it edible??
Its very common round here and grows just about everywere. |

Barbara | i dont think they are - they grow every year and never flower.
Plus some of those leaves are already 40 - 45cm in length and still growing.
Also the stems of the leaves increasingly turn red - which is already visable in one of the photo's. |

I suspect you can - is it the burdock from Dandilion & Burdock?
I think both of these plants are supposed to be diuretics????? |
