Dandelion seedhead
Went for a walk tonight with the intention of taking some bird pics.... there were no birds around so ended up taking this...

Nice photo - I tried to take one like that about a week ago, but it was nowhere near as sharp as your photo.

Nice picture, but I can't see it nesting.

Look out for Goatsbeard, that has a much more structured and attractive "clock".
