Of course being a female gardener has always been a source of amusement for many of my customers over the years.
It was fine until Charlie Dimmock came on the scene, then the jokes didn't stop, incredibly predictable and not funny, and no I am nothing like her. |

Turned out we had both been working as gardeners and interested in design.
It was a great day as my Father and I wondered around , and even did some live radio from the garden, it was called from Dark to Light.
The bonus was it won the prize for the public vote which I watched from home.
Not going this year sadly, will miss the scent of the amazing sweet peas.
Hope you have a great time | What a great Story with a very happy ending. The sent of the sweetpeas you have to be at Chelsea to Smell them and lots of other plants it is amazing. The wildflower Meadow in 2006 was out of this world the colours i was spellbound looking at them.
I bought a 50pence tub of wildmeadow seeds from Aldi or Lidl just Planted them on a small bit of garden at my daughters hope the birds dont eat all the seeds.
