Who uses Roundup?

I have recommended it on several occasions at sites on invasive species. So far none of the sites have suffered due to it. In-fact most are faring better.

One of the main sources of glyphosate run off into water courses is from amenity spraying onto hard surfaces (slabs/concrete etc) where there is neither a weed target or soil to break it down. Although I'm buying at £3.55/lt (£14.20/ha) it wasn't so long ago it was double that and I don't know any farmer who sprays 'just because they've got some in the chem store'. Triclopyr at £40+/lt is for those special occasions, works darn well on brambles though!

Again if you are into protecting wildlife its a bad idea to use pesticides/herbicides.... i really dont understand it.
Roundup is far more toxic than Monsanto claims it to be:

In some circumstances the removal of invasive species is more damaging using other methods. Herbicides can have benefits if used correctly.
