Large-flowered hemp nettles
Does anyone know where to find large flowered hemp nettles? Anywhere around wilts/hamps/dorset?

Not a common plant in the south of the country - you would be better off trekking northwards

Galeopsis speciosa grows in potato fields near where I live in Cheshire but only appears in good numbers in the years the soil has been disturbed by ploughing.

Its uncommon down south but records are much more frequent northwards from a latitude around Shrewsbury. It flowers in late July/August.
