Growing at the edge of dampish woodland, photo taken today and ID help much appreciated!
The stems and underneath of the leaves had a really rough, almost bristly/hooked feel to them. |

The leaflets of Wild Parsnip are much more entire than those seen in this picture.
Creeping Buttercup leaflets are three-lobed and on a shorter stem.
The leaflets of Wild Carrot are more lanceolate than those shown and are three-pinnate, which these are not.
