Snowdrops are out here in Hertfordshire, and have been for a couple of weeks. Crocuses have just started flowering on the lawn at work, and even gorse is flowering at the roadsides. |

I noticed daisies in flower last week 
They say when your hand can cover 7 summer has arrived , I could cover 3 so I predict summer will be here for March ! A month earlier than last year 
I don't like seeing daffodils out in January but I suppose it is something I will have to get used to  |

Seen lesser celandine and Alexanders in flower this week. Also the flowering current in my garden has been trying to flower for 3 weeks.
If you've got any Forsythia now's the time to pick a few twigs as they will open in a vase. |

Just had a wonder around the garden and I have lupins (just the leaves) about an inch tall...Is this unusual for this time of year  |

This morning while on the toilet i had a wonder about how old Blondie/Debbie harry must be now?

every thing is unusual for this time of year,i still think we have winter to come yet,thats not going to be good for flowers, insects, or birds,they all think spring has sprung. |
