Plant ID please
I came across this early yesterday morning. The stem was about a foot long and looked thicker than than of a dandelion - at least to my eyes. Although covered in dew, the seedhead (I am assuming that is what it is) seemed much more robust than that of a dandelion.

Can anyone help, please?

Looks like a dandelion to me. They are very variable and still in flower round here.

There are umpteen different types of dandelion, so there is bound to be variaton in the seed heads.

Seems like a dandelion.Very prolific.I think the dandelion is an attractive flower with an attractive seed head.Best wishes. Egro.
