Where can i get ivy leaved toadflax,and wall pennywort?

Can't speak for ivy leaved toadflax, but wall pennywort grows freely in walls in Cornwall, be they domestic or in country lanes. Unless you have any Cornish country cousins, I reckon your best bet is to look for a nursery or garden centre which has a wild flower section, as many do these days. Good luck; your garden sounds lovely!

You could try contacting the guys over at the National Wildlifower Centre in Liverpool - http://www.nwc.org.uk/ - as they sell a wide range of flowers as seeds/plants.
